Title: Suministro, en régimen de adquisición, de un (1) autobús tipo Interurbano Estándar 11 metros (Diesel).
Description: Se define como autobús interurbano estándar de 11 M aquel vehículo rígido destinado al transporte colectivo de pasajeros, diseñado específicamente para la prestación del servicio en la línea 946, que conecta Santa Cruz de Tenerife con el pueblo de Taganana. Dicha línea se caracteriza por trayectos interurbanos de media distancia en condiciones orográficas complejas, con carreteras estrechas y curvas muy cerradas, lo que exige un vehículo de altas prestaciones en seguridad y maniobrabilidad. El autobús deberá garantizar niveles adecuados de confort, capacidad y autonomía, estando clasificado como Clase II según la norma R-107.06. El vehículo deberá tener una longitud aproximada de 11 metros, estar equipado con dos ejes, disponer de un habitáculo de piso alto y contar con una bodega de equipaje. Estará concebido para el transporte mayoritario de pasajeros sentados, priorizando la máxima capacidad de plazas disponibles sin comprometer la comodidad ni la accesibilidad. Asimismo, deberá incluir un espacio reservado para 1 silla de ruedas, optimizando la configuración interior para evitar la necesidad de ubicar equipajes en la parte superior del habitáculo. Adicionalmente, el autobús deberá incorporar los más avanzados sistemas de seguridad activa, tales como frenos auxiliares (retardador hidráulico integrado en la caja de cambios automática), asistente de salida en pendiente, limitadores y mantenedores de velocidad, u otras tecnologías equivalentes que asistan al conductor en la operación de la línea 946 con plenas garantías de seguridad. Será responsabilidad del adjudicatario realizar las adaptaciones necesarias en el vehículo para asegurar que este funcione de manera óptima y segura en las condiciones específicas de la línea. Debido a las características tan especiales del bus, derivadas de su recorrido de montaña, se prioriza de manera absoluta la seguridad en todas sus prestaciones. No obstante, se valorará que el vehículo equipe la etiqueta ECO de la DGT, siempre y cuando su inclusión no suponga una merma en la seguridad ni en las prestaciones técnicas necesarias para afrontar con garantías las condiciones específicas de la línea 946.

Title: Suministro, en régimen de adquisición, de tres (3) Microbuses Estándar (Diesel).
Description: Se define como microbús de Clase III aquel vehículo automotor rígido de transporte colectivo de pasajeros, destinado principalmente a servicios de media distancia. Estos vehículos estarán específicamente destinados a prestar servicio en la línea 947, conectando el Intercambiador de Santa Cruz de Tenerife con el caserío de Chamorga en el macizo de Anaga. Debido a las características especiales de la orografía de su recorrido, deberán cumplir con requisitos específicos en cuanto a dimensiones y maniobrabilidad, que se detallan más adelante en el presente documento. El microbús contará con una capacidad mínima de 25 plazas sentadas, además de un espacio reservado para 1 plaza de silla de ruedas, accesible mediante una entrada lateral en el costado derecho, dotada de los sistemas de acceso, seguridad y anclaje correspondientes, garantizando la accesibilidad universal. Asimismo, dispondrá de una longitud adecuada para sortear pendientes, curvas y tramos estrechos de la línea 947, estará equipado con dos ejes, y presentará un diseño interior orientado al confort en trayectos de las medianías de la isla en carreteras complicadas. Se priorizará la ergonomía de los asientos, la amplitud de pasillos y la adecuada circulación dentro del vehículo. El vehículo deberá incorporar un sistema de suspensión neumática, con capacidad de elevación a petición del conductor, que permita superar con seguridad pasos de cambio de rasante y vadeo de barrancos a baja velocidad. Estos microbuses estarán concebidos bajo criterios de seguridad, accesibilidad y eficiencia, cumpliendo con los requerimientos técnicos y normativos aplicables a los vehículos de transporte colectivo de Clase III según el Reglamento R-107.06.

Title: Suministro, en régimen de adquisición, de veintisiete (27) autobuses tipo Urbano Piso Bajo 12 metros, ECO (Mild Hybrid).
Description: Se define como autobús urbano de piso bajo mild hybrid aquel vehículo automotor rígido de transporte colectivo de pasajeros, diseñado para recorridos urbanos, con un enfoque en la accesibilidad, la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia energética. Clasificado como Clase I según R-107.06. El autobús deberá contar con una longitud total aproximada de 12 metros, equipado con dos ejes y un diseño de piso bajo continuo que facilite el acceso a personas con movilidad reducida (PMR) y pasajeros en general. Concebido para transportar pasajeros tanto sentados como de pie, priorizando una alta capacidad total en trayectos de paradas frecuentes, manteniendo un diseño cómodo y accesible para los usuarios. Incluirá dos espacios reservados para PMR en silla de ruedas. Estará dotado de un sistema de propulsión mild hybrid, que combina motor de combustión con asistencia eléctrica, contribuyendo a la reducción de emisiones y consumo de combustible en operación urbana.
