Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: De raamovereenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiële looptijd van zes jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot tweemaal verlenging met één jaar. De maximale looptijd bedraagt daarmee acht jaar. Deze looptijd is passend en proportioneel gelet op de aard van de opdracht. De opdracht betreft een integrale dienstverlening voor bedrijfskleding, PBM, schoeisel, wasserij en kledingherstel. De implementatie vraagt om maatopnames, inrichting van bestel- en beheersystemen, logistieke inrichting, voorraadopbouw en afstemming van wasserij- en herstelprocessen. Daarnaast sluit de looptijd aan bij de levensduur van bedrijfskleding en maakt deze duurzame inzet, reparatie, hergebruik en efficiënte voorraad- en productielijnen mogelijk. Een kortere looptijd zou leiden tot hogere implementatie- en wisselkosten en kan duurzame investeringen minder aantrekkelijk maken. De gekozen looptijd biedt daarom een goede balans tussen continuïteit, kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en flexibiliteit.
