Title: DPS online collaboration tools
Description: This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) allows you to submit an offer to a large number of educational institutions in Ireland and the Netherlands, after completing a simple registration procedure. The DPS will give admittance to all interested parties that offer online collaboration tools in accordance with the requirements described in the Tender documents. The Assignments for delivering these products must be awarded in a simple manner and within a short period of time. By means of Addendum No. 1 (Rectification), published on TenderNed in June 2026, the scope of the DPS has been expanded with the categories (4) Digital Signing and (5) Remote Control & Desktop Software. By means of Addendum No. 2 the scope of the DPS has been expanded with the categorie (6) Community Software.

Description of changes: By means of this rectification, SURF amends the Dynamic Purchasing System for Online Collaboration Tools and the associated procurement documents. The possibility of expanding the scope of the DPS with new categories was deliberately and explicitly provided for in the original procurement documents. Section 1.4.4 of the Admission Guidelines (review clause) states that the scope and content of the assignment may be changed if a new category is added to the DPS, and section 1.4.2 provides that, in the event of such a significant change, SURF will post a rectification on TenderNed. The addition of the category Community software constitutes a logical expansion of the existing scope: it concerns software solutions that fit well within the overarching term 'online collaboration tools' and serve the same participants and purpose as the existing categories. The nature of the DPS therefore remains unchanged. In accordance with the above, the following amendment was made: expansion of the scope with the category Community software; inclusion of an additional category set-up phase of thirty (30) calendar days for the new category; These amendments have no effect on requests for tender already published, on ongoing assignments, or on the position of candidates already admitted to the existing categories.
