Title: Ηλεκτρονικός, άνω των ορίων, Ανοικτός Διαγωνισμός, για την παροχή υπηρεσιών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών, στο πλαίσιο συνδιοργάνωσης με τον ΣΕΓΑΣ, του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου Αθήνας για το έτος 2026 (7-8/11/2026)
Description: Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμηθειών ειδών και η παροχή υπηρεσιών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου της Αθήνας, στο πλαίσιο συνδιοργάνωσης με τον ΣΕΓΑΣ για το έτος 2026 που θα πραγματοποιηθεί 7 και 8 Νοεμβρίου 2026. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 92622000-7. Η παρούσα σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται στα κάτωθι τμήματα: ΤΜΗΜΑ 1: «Ενοικίαση 550 Λεωφορείων μεταφοράς συμμετεχόντων και εθελοντών του Α.Μ.Α 2026», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 170.000 € πλέον ΦΠΑ ΤΜΗΜΑ 2: «Εγκατάσταση και μίσθωση προσωρινών μεταλλικών κατασκευών για τις ανάγκες διοργάνωσης του Α.Μ.Α 2026», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 100.000 € πλέον ΦΠΑ ΤΜΗΜΑ 3: «Ενοικίαση χημικών τουαλετών για την υποστήριξη των εκδηλώσεων και των αγώνων του Α.Μ.Α 2026», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 25.000 € πλέον ΦΠΑ ΤΜΗΜΑ 4: «Υπηρεσίες μεταφοράς (υλικών κι εξοπλισμού) για την υποστήριξη των εκδηλώσεων και των αγώνων του Α.Μ.Α 2026» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 85.000 € πλέον ΦΠΑ. ΤΜΗΜΑ 5: «Μίσθωση μεταλλικών κιγκλιδωμάτων για τις ανάγκες διοργάνωσης του Α.Μ.Α 2026» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 20.000 € πλέον ΦΠΑ. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για ένα, περισσότερα ή για όλα τα τμήματα, όπως αυτά αναλύονται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ ΙΙ (τεχνικές προδιαγραφές) της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Προσφορά που δεν αφορά το σύνολο των ειδών κάθε τμήματος στο οποίο συμμετέχουν οι ενδιαφερόμενοι, απορρίπτεται ως απαράδεκτη. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 400.000,00€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 496.000,00€). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται από την υπογραφή της και έως την ολοκλήρωση των δράσεων του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου της Αθήνας 2026. Σε περίπτωση μετάθεσης του χρόνου υλοποίησης των δράσεων του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου ο συμβατικός χρόνος παρατείνεται αυτοδικαίως μέχρι την πραγματοποίησή τους. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής σε ευρώ ανά τμήμα, με την προϋπόθεση η προσφορά να μην υπερβαίνει την προϋπολογισθείσα δαπάνη για το σύνολο των υπηρεσιών/προμηθειών κάθε τμήματος.
