Description of the options: Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της αρχικής σύμβασης ανέρχεται σε 1.009.032,26 € με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης έως 50% ποσού 500.016,13 € προ ΦΠΑ. Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή διατηρεί το δικαίωμα με μονομερή έγγραφη δήλωσή της προς τον Ανάδοχο, κατά την απόλυτη κρίση της και ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της, να του αναθέσει πρόσθετες υπηρεσίες με αντικείμενο όμοιο με αυτές της παρούσας διακήρυξης συνολικού προϋπολογισμού μέχρι του 50% του προϋπολογισμού του αρχικού έργου άνευ ΦΠΑ της παρούσας διακήρυξης, με βάση τις τιμές μονάδας της Οικονομικής Προσφοράς του Αναδόχου (τροποποίηση της αρχικής σύμβασης κατά την διάρκειά της, σύμφωνα με την περ. α της παρ. 1 του άρθρου 132 του Ν. 4412/2016). Το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης δύναται να ασκηθεί κατά την διάρκεια της σύμβασης.
