Ειδικά για την άσκηση προσφυγής κατά προκήρυξης, η πλήρης γνώση αυτής τεκμαίρεται μετά την πάροδο δεκαπέντε (15) ημερών από τη δημοσίευση στο ΚΗΜΔΗΣ. 2.
