The contract covers planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, monitoring support and 24-hour emergency response for security alarm and CCTV systems located across Dublin Bus depots, offices and operational facilities. The successful contractor will be required to provide planned maintenance, emergency call-out services, system testing, reporting and documentation. The contract duration is for 3 years with two additional 12 month extension options.
