Les Hôpitaux de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis, établissement support du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire Atlantique 17, agit pour le compte des établissements de son GHT ci-après désignés, et représenté par Madame Valérie BÉNÉAT-MARLIER, Directrice générale des Hôpitaux de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis. À compter du 1er janvier 2027, le Groupe Hospitalier de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis procédera à la fusion-absorption du Centre Hospitalier de Rochefort. L'établissement issu de cette opération se substituera de plein droit au Centre Hospitalier de Rochefort dans l'ensemble de ses droits et obligations, notamment au titre des marchés publics. Le nouveau nom de l'entité juridique issue de cette fusion a vocation à être défini ultérieurement
