Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: Het Zilvermeer beoogt een lange termijn relatie op te bouwen met de opdrachtnemer. Dit voor continuïteitsredenen aangezien dit reserveringssysteem één van de basispakketten wordt binnen het Zilvermeer. Bovendien moet met elke overstap naar een nieuwe leverancier of een nieuw systeem alle bestaande klantendata van gemaakte reservaties, lopende verblijven, en abonnementen steeds gemigreerd worden. De looptijd houdt in dat de contractuele voorwaarden ongewijzigd blijven.
