The equipment will be part of Finnish rescEU stockpile that is part of EU Civil Protection mechanism (UCPM). Countries that are part of the mechanism (“UCPM countries”) include all EU countries and participating countries that are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Türkiye, Moldova and Ukraine.
