Description: De Opdracht betreft het ter beschikking stellen van tijdelijk personeel voor gemeente Smallingerland. De gemeente Smallingerland nodigt geïnteresseerde partijen uit om een inschrijving in te dienen voor de Europese aanbesteding inzake tijdelijke personeelsinhuur voor: • Perceel 1 – Buitendienst tot en met schaal 7; • Perceel 2 – Payrolldienstverlening. De aanleiding voor deze aanbesteding is dat de maximale waarde van de eerder gesloten raamovereenkomsten vroegtijdig is bereikt. Hierdoor is het noodzakelijk de opdracht opnieuw Europees aan te besteden. • Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de gemeente Smallingerland: • Continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen; • Samen te werken met professionele en betrouwbare opdrachtnemers; • Flexibiliteit te behouden in de inzet van tijdelijk personeel; • Te voldoen aan de geldende aanbestedingsrechtelijke verplichtingen; • Efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening te realiseren. De opdracht omvat: 1.1.1 Perceel 1 – Buitendienst tot en met schaal 7 Het leveren van tijdelijk personeel voor uitvoerende buitendienstfuncties. Hieronder vallen onder andere: • Chauffeurs; • Brugwachters; • Wijkbeheerders; • Medewerkers milieustraat; • Bijrijders; • Overige uitvoerende buitendienstfuncties tot en met schaal 7. 1.1.2 Perceel 2 - Payrolldienstverlening Het uitvoeren van payrolldienstverlening ten behoeve van de gemeente Smallingerland. Hieronder vallen onder andere: • Contractering van payrollmedewerkers; • Salarisadministratie; • Werkgeverschap; • Verwerking van loonheffingen; • Verzuimbegeleiding; • Overige administratieve werkzaamheden behorende bij payrolling. Tot de opdracht behoren nadrukkelijk niet: • Werving- en selectiediensten buiten de scope van de percelen; • Structurele formatieplaatsen; • Diensten die niet direct verband houden met personeelsinhuur of payroll.
