Additional information: L'accord-cadre, mono-attributaire, est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an et pourra être reconduit tacitement pour deux périodes d'un an chacune. Il est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 60 000 euros HT, en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les critères d'attribution sont précisés au sein du règlement de la consultation. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire de l'accord-cadre, en application des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux accords-cadres ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires.
