Justification for the accelerated procedure: Se declara la urgencia en la tramitación del expediente de contratación, dado que las actuaciones objeto del contrato se encuentran vinculadas a la financiación otorgada por la Agencia Catalana del Agua (ACA), en el marco de la atribución de fondos específica (AF25000334) en concepto de redacción del Plan Integral de Gestión de los Sistemas de Saneamiento (PIGSS) de Sils-Vidreres y Anglès. En concreto, la Resolución de otorgamiento de fondos establece que el plazo para la presentación del PIGSS finaliza el día 2 de diciembre de 2027, siendo posible que en caso de disconformidad de la documentación presentada se tenga que otorgar un plazo de enmienda no superior a los tres meses. Teniendo en cuenta que el plazo de entrega de los dos lotes es de 12 meses, es necesario agilizar la tramitación de la licitación para garantizar la ejecución dentro del plazo de financiación y evitar el riesgo de pérdida de los fondos económicos concedidos. Por lo expuesto, se considera imprescindible que el presente expediente de contratación sea objeto de tramitación urgente, de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 119 LCSP.
