Description: Das Berufsschulzentrum in Neubrandenburg RBB Neubrandenburg GeSoTec verfügt über einen Schulcampus mit verschiedenen Gebäuden in der Sponholzer Straße. Haus B ist ein in industrieller Bauweise errichtetes Schulgebäude (DDR Typenprojekt, Wandbauweise WBS 70), 3geschossig mit Flachdach und wurde zu Beginn der 2010er Jahre umfassend saniert. Das Gebäude Haus B wird unter Berücksichtigung folgender Aspekte erweitert: - Erweiterung des Schulgebäudes mit Foyerflächen, Cafeteria und Ausgabeküche, mit 4 Unterrichtsräumen sowie 2 Gruppenräumen - Herstellen der barrierefreien Erschließung des Gebäudes (Anbau Aufzug über alle Geschosse) - Überprüfen und Ergänzen notwendiger sanitärer Anlagen inklusive Herstellens eines barrierefreien WC Die nachfolgend genannten wesentlichen Leistungen werden im vorliegenden Los vergeben: - Flachdachabdichtung und Gefälledämmung Lichtgaden ca. 60m2 - Flachdachabdichtung und Gefälledämmung Hauptdach ca. 275m2 - Teilflächen als Gründach ca. 120m2 - Dachrandprofil ca. 100m - Dunkelklappe für RWA Aufzug - Wartungswege - Anschlagpunkte 9 Stück
