Description: L' engagement pour le renouveau du Bassin Minier (ERBM) est une opportunité exceptionnelle d’accélération de la réhabilitation et de la restructuration de l'habitat minier de la ville de Sallaumines, notamment des espaces publics. Sur ce fondement, il est proposé le présent accord-cadre de travaux en 5 lots techniques et co-maîtrise d'ouvrage avec la Communauté d'Aglomération Lens Liévin. Certains lots peuvent être attribués à plusieurs opérateurs économiques qui seront remis en concurrence lors de la passation des marchés subséquents. La description des travaux attendus et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans les CCTP de l’ accord-cadre et des marchés subséquents conclus sur son fondement. Le projet de marché subséquent n°1 figure au dossier de la consultation. C'est pourquoi il est demandé aux soumissionnaires d'inclure une offre "MS1" dans leur dossier. L'acheteur attribue l'accord-cadre en premier lieu, en s’appuyant uniquement sur ses propres critères, sans préjuger de l’attribution de ce premier marché.
