Information about review deadlines: Inschrijvers die niet in aanmerking komen voor gunning van de overeenkomst ontvangen een motivatie van de redenen tot afwijzing. De aanbestedende dienst hanteert een periode van twintig dagen vanaf het bekendmaken van de gunningsbeslissing aan de inschrijvers totdat de overeenkomst definitief wordt gegund. Als binnen die termijn een kort geding tegen de gunningsbeslissing aanhangig is gemaakt, wordt in eerste beginsel de definitieve overeenkomst, in afwachting van de uitspraak van de rechter, opgeschort.
