Description: De opdracht betreft het leveren van bedrijfskleding, schoeisel en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen voor mannen en vrouwen binnen verschillende disciplines van de gemeente Veendam, inclusief aanverwante dienstverlening. De aanbesteding is opgedeeld in de volgende percelen: • Perceel 1: Werkkleding en PBM’s. • Perceel 2: BOA kleding • Perceel 3: Representatieve kleding • Perceel 4: Sportkleding Op grond van artikel 2.19 van de Aanbestedingswet wordt de percelenregeling toegepast op percelen 3 en 4. Dit betekent dat deze percelen buiten deze aanbesteding worden gehouden en u alleen kunt inschrijven op percelen 1 en 2. Het doel is om per perceel met één opdrachtnemer een raamovereenkomst te sluiten. Beide percelen kunnen gegund worden aan dezelfde opdrachtnemer. Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst met een totale geraamde waarde voor de vier (4) percelen van € 335.000,00 exclusief BTW. In verband met de percelenregeling tellen perceel 1 & perceel 2 alleen mee voor de maximale waarde. Deze maximale geraamde waarde voor de totale duur van de opdracht per perceel is als volgt: Voor perceel 1 'Werkkleding en PBM's' bedraagt de geraamde waarde €242.000,00 exclusief BTW. Voor perceel 2 'BOA kleding' bedraagt de geraamde waarde 60.500,00 exclusief BTW.
