Description: Dit perceel betreft de levering van warmtebeeldcamera’s die primair bedoeld zijn als meetinstrument voor temperatuurmetingen op afstand. Deze camera’s worden ingezet voor operationele beeldvorming en technische analyse, met de nadruk op nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit. De camera’s moeten beschikken over uitgebreide kleurenpaletten, verwisselbare lenzen (groothoek, standaard, telelens) en de mogelijkheid om temperaturen van verschillende objectgroottes over lange afstanden te meten. Verder dienen ze draadloze opnamemogelijkheden te bieden met hoge resolutie en GPS- en kompasgegevens in het beeld op te slaan. Het systeem moet intuïtief te bedienen zijn, voorzien zijn van een reflectievrij scherm, en beschikken over verwisselbare batterijen die zonder gereedschap te vervangen zijn. -

Description: Dit perceel betreft de levering van tactische warmtebeeldcamera’s die specifiek zijn ontworpen voor gebruik bij brandbestrijding en nacontrole. Deze camera’s moeten robuust, eenvoudig te bedienen en inzetbaar zijn in extreme hitte. Ze moeten minimaal twee verschillende modi ondersteunen (hoge en lage temperatuur), automatisch kunnen schakelen tussen temperatuurranges en beelden in radiometrisch formaat kunnen opnemen voor latere analyse en training. De camera’s moeten een duidelijke beeldweergave bieden, ook voor meerdere gebruikers tegelijkertijd, met een reflectievrij scherm dat in buitenomstandigheden goed leesbaar is. Verder moeten ze beschikken over automatische focus, maximaal beeldcontrast in alle temperatuurranges en een accuduur van minimaal vier uur met snelle oplaadmogelijkheden. -
