Information about review deadlines: Contratos susceptibles de recurso especial en materia de contratación: El presente pliego y el de prescripciones técnicas podrán ser recurridos potestativamente mediante el recurso especial del artículo 44 de la LCSP en el supuesto de contratos de servicios, cuyo valor estimado sea superior al establecido en el artículo 44.1.a) de la citada Ley. El recurso podrá presentarse en los lugares establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Asimismo, podrá presentarse en el registro del órgano de contratación o en el registro de la Comisión Jurídica de Extremadura, según lo que dispone el artículo 51 de la LCSP. La tramitación del citado recurso se ajustará a lo dispuesto en los artículos 44 a 60 de la LCSP. Alternativamente, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Extremadura en el plazo de dos meses a computar desde el día siguiente al de su notificación.
