Ispravak - Obavijest o izmjenama ili dodatnim informacijama bit će objavljen tek nakon njegove objave u „Tenders Electronic Daily-u“ (TED) – dodatku Službenom listu Europske unije, odnosno poslije 48 sati nakon primitka potvrde  o obavijesti ako se naručitelja nije izvijestilo o objavi.

                <cbc:Description languageID="HRV">Projektnom dokumentacijom predviđena je rekonstrukcija i dogradnja građevine Osnovne škole Donji Dragonožec u Donjodragonožečkoj ulici u Zagrebu, na postojećoj parceli k.č.br. 149/1, k.o. Dragonožec. Donji Dragonožec je formirano naselje koje se intenzivno razvija još od početka 20. stoljeća, što potvrđuju i postojeće školske građevine izgrađene u to vrijeme. U neposrednoj blizini škole nalaze se zgrada doma zdravlja (izgrađena u 20. stoljeću) te zgrada dječjeg vrtića novijeg datuma. Na predmetnoj parceli nalaze se dvije građevine postojeće škole, zajedno s dva pomoćna objekta, izgrađene 1914. godine. Jedna je izvorno bila školska zgrada, dok su se u drugoj nalazili učiteljski stanovi. Područna škola, koja se sastoji od dvije zgrade, upisana je u Registar kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske pod brojem Z-3931 kao nepokretno kulturno dobro. Zbog dotrajalosti i oštećenja nastalih u potresu, sjevernija zgrada trenutačno nije u uporabi. Južnija zgrada ima dvije učionice te se sastoji od prizemlja i kata, ukupne bruto površine 340 m². Sjevernija zgrada sastoji se od podruma, prizemlja i kata, ukupne bruto površine 430 m². Ovim projektom predviđa se rekonstrukcija Osnovne škole Donji Dragonožec na način da se rekonstruiraju postojeći zaštićeni objekti, uz dogradnju novih školskih prostora te uređenje vanjskog prostora. Planirana škola predviđena je za oko 325 učenika u 12 razrednih odjela, u jednoj smjeni, na parceli površine 6.519 m², što iznosi 20,06 m² po učeniku. Novi dio škole funkcionalno će se povezati s postojećom zgradom putem komunikacijskog hodnika u podrumskoj etaži. Ukupna bruto površina (GBP) objekta iznosi 4.867 m². Površina parcele zadovoljava uvjete Prostornog plana Grada Zagreba, koji propisuje minimalno 20 m² po učeniku u formiranim naseljima.         <cbc:Description languageID="HRV">Ponuditelj je dužan dostaviti jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude u iznosu od 200.000,00 € (dvjestotisućaeura). 
U slučaju zajednice gospodarskih subjekata jamstvo:
-	 ili mora glasiti na sve članove zajednice, a ne samo na jednog člana zajednice gospodarskih subjekata (svi članovi zajednice gospodarskih subjekata su nalogodavci na bankarskoj garanciji)
-	 ili jedan član ili više članova zajednice može/mogu biti nalogodavac, a jamstvo mora sadržavati navod o tome da je riječ o zajednici gospodarskih subjekata (moraju biti navedeni svi preostali članovi zajednice)
-	 ili svaki član zajednice gospodarskih subjekata dostavlja zasebno jamstvo za svoj dio garancije (zbroj svih iznosa garancija mora odgovarati iznosu jamstva navedenom u dokumentaciji o nabavi).
Jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude je jamstvo za slučaj odustajanja ponuditelja od svoje ponude u roku njezine valjanosti, nedostavljanja ažuriranih popratnih dokumenata sukladno članku 263. Zakona o javnoj nabavi, neprihvaćanja ispravka računske greške, odbijanja potpisivanja ugovora o javnoj nabavi ili nedostavljanja jamstva za uredno ispunjenje ugovora o javnoj nabavi.
Jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude treba biti izdano u korist: Grad Zagreb, Zagreb, Trg Stjepana Radića 1, OIB: 61817894937.
Jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude dostavlja se u obliku bankarske garancije na poziv ili uplatom novčanog pologa u korist računa naručitelja. Jamstvo mora biti bezuvjetno i s rokom valjanosti sukladnim roku valjanosti ponude. Gospodarski subjekt može dostaviti jamstvo koje je duže od roka valjanosti ponude.
Napomena: 
U tekstu bankarske garancije OBAVEZNO JE taksativno navesti SVIH prethodno naznačenih 5 SLUČAJEVA za koja se izdaje jamstvo: 
1. odustajanje ponuditelja od svoje ponude u roku njezine valjanosti, 
2. nedostavljanja ažuriranih popratnih dokumenata sukladno članku 263. Zakona o javnoj nabavi,
3. neprihvaćanja ispravka računske greške, 
4. odbijanja potpisivanja ugovora o javnoj nabavi, 
5. nedostavljanja jamstva za uredno ispunjenje ugovora o javnoj nabavi 
Jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude u obliku bankarske garancije dostavlja se u izvorniku, odvojeno od elektroničke dostave ponude, u papirnatom obliku, u zatvorenoj omotnici na kojoj su navedeni podaci o ponuditelju, s dodatkom: „Grad Zagreb, Gradski ured za financije i javnu nabavu, Avenija Dubrovnik 15, I. kat, soba 105, Predmet nabave IZVOĐENJE RADOVA REKONSTRUKCIJE I DOGRADNJE OŠ BREZOVICA - PŠ DONJI DRAGONOŽEC, evidencijski broj nabave: 989-2026-EVV - Dio ponude koji se dostavlja odvojeno, NE OTVARAJ“.
Jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude mora biti dostavljeno prije isteka roka za dostavu ponuda te se u tom slučaju ponuda smatra zaprimljenom u trenutku zaprimanja ponude elektroničkim sredstvima komunikacije. 
Umjesto jamstva za ozbiljnost ponude u obliku bankarske garancije, ponuditelj može dati novčani polog u traženom iznosu</cbc:Description>
