Conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, solicitările de clarificări privind documentația de atribuire se vor transmite cel mai târziu cu 19 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. În masura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informații suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunțul de participare, entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.

Description of the procurement
Se estimează că pe durata de valabilitate a acordului-cadru să fie atribuite câte 1 contract subsecvent la un interval de aproximativ 12 luni calendaristice, iar primul contract subsecvent se estimează a fi atribuit în primele 3 luni de la data intrării în vigoare a acordului-cadru.
Entitatea contractantă va încheia un acord-cadru cu maxim 2 operatori economici, iar atribuirea contractelor subsecvente în baza prevederilor acordului-cadru se face fără reluarea competiției, între semnatarii acordurilor-cadru, fără publicare în SEAP.
Valoarea estimată, fără TVA, a acordului-cadru este de:
— VEmin. = 37 272 240 RON,
— VEmax. = 99 515 544 RON.
Valoarea estimată min./max. per contract subsecvent:
— VEmin. = 7 454 448 RON,
— VEmax. = 19 910 520 RON.
Cantitățile estimate aferente acordului-cadru: min. 47 280/max. 126 072 tone.
