Description: L’opération concerne la construction du Campus de la Bioéconomie à Saint-Lyé, destiné à accueillir des activités industrielles, scientifiques et tertiaires. Les lots susvisés peuvent être attribués à un seul et même opérateur économique. Pour chaque lot, le présent marché est un marché ordinaire de travaux, traité à prix global et forfaitaire dont le montant est fixé à l’article D1 de l’acte d’engagement. Pour chaque lot, le marché court à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire, pour toute la durée des travaux et jusqu’à la fin de toute obligation en découlant (période de garantie incluse).
