Additional information: 1. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane (podstawa art. 257 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp.). 2. Informacje szczegółowe dotyczące dokumentów na wykazanie niepodlegania wykluczeniu i spełniania warunków udziału zawarto w Rozdziale IX SWZ. 3. Z postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia wyklucza się Wykonawcę na podstawie art. 7 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 13 kwietnia 2022 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz.U.2024 poz. 507 z poźn.zm.), wyklucza się również Wykonawcę, w stosunku do którego zachodzą okoliczności z art. 5k rozporządzenia Rady (UE) nr 833/2014 z dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. dotyczącego środków ograniczających w związku z działaniami Rosji destabilizującymi sytuację na Ukrainie (Dz. Urz. UE nr L 229 z 31.07.2014, str. 1). 4. Zamawiający przewiduje procedurę odwróconą i zgodnie z art. 139 ustawy Pzp. najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zmiany zawartej umowy w stosunku do treści wybranej oferty w zakresie uregulowanym w art. 455 ustawy Pzp. oraz wskazanym we wzorze umowy. 6. Na podstawie art. 106 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający żąda złożenia wraz z ofertą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych (dalej: PRZŚD) w postaci OPZ wraz z oświadczeniem (załącznik do SWZ), na potwierdzenie spełniania przez oferowane dostawy wymagań, cech, kryteriów określonych przez Zamawiającego w OPZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby w oświadczeniu zawartym w OPZ Wykonawca określił pełną nazwę handlową, model i/lub typ, markę oraz nazwę producenta. Jeżeli Wykonawca nie złoży PRZŚD lub złożone wraz z ofertą są niekompletne, Zamawiający wezwie do ich złożenia lub uzupełnienia w wyznaczonym terminie. 7. Termin wykonania zamówienia: w ciągu 90 dni od daty zawarcia umowy, nie później niż do 11.12.2026 r.
