Prezenta documentație de atribuire conține cerințele, criteriile, regulile și informațiile necesare pentru a asigura potențialilor ofertanți o informare completă, corectă și explicită cu privire la modul de aplicare a procedurii de atribuire a acordului-cadru având ca obiect servicii de reparații și întreținere a autoutilitarelor, inclusiv piese de schimb.
În acest sens, obiectivul general al acordului-cadru este reprezentat de presetarea serviciilor de întreținere și de reparații auto pentru un număr de 49 de autoutilitare aparținând parcului auto deținut de CUP SALUBRITATE, marca MAN, ROMAN, IVECO, DAF, MERCEDES, PPM PFAU REXTER, RENAULT, SCANIA, BMC, VOLVO.
Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt primite cu cel puțin 18 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Autoritatea contractantă intenționează sa realizeze achiziția unui acord-cadru având ca obiect Servicii de reparații și întreținere a autoutilitarelor aparținând parcului auto deținut de CUP SALUBRITATE, inclusiv piese de schimb.
Valoarea estimata totală a acordului-cadru, fără TVA: intre 15.283.494 RON si 84.270.776 RON
Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 5.266.923,49 lei fără TVA
Cantitățile maxime si minime aferente acordului-cadru sunt conform Anexei nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini.
