Se estructura en las siguientes fases principales: Fase I. Trabajos previos Fase II. Redacción de la memoria del proyecto Fase III. Realización de sondeos, calicatas y ensayos de campo y de laboratorio Fase IV. Elaboración de los anejos justificativos Fase V. Preparación de documentación gráfica y económica (planos, presupuesto, PPTP) Fase VI. Asistencia técnica durante el proceso de supervisión Fase VII. Edición y entrega final del proyecto"
