Description of selection criterion: Referenties van de inschrijver Minimumeisen: Een lijst (minimum 3) van de voornaamste gelijkwaardige diensten die gedurende de laatste 10 jaar werden verricht, met vermelding van het bedrag van de dienst, omschrijving van het project (incl. totale bouwkost), de periode van uit-voering en de publiek- of privaatrechtelijke instanties waar-voor zij bestemd waren. Onder gelijkwaardige diensten wordt verstaan, projecten waarbij de inschrijver instaat voor het verlenen van bijstand aan bouwheerschap en dit bij voorkeur in meerdere van volgende disciplines: • Architectuur • Stabiliteit • Technieken (Elektriciteit, HVAC, Sanitair, Geothermie en lift) • Restauratie • Wegeniswerken (Omgevingsaanleg) • Kostenopvolging betreffende nazicht van de een-heidsprijzen en/of hoeveelheden, algemene cost control, … Elke referentie moet betrekking hebben op een bouwproject met een minimale waarde van €20 miljoen exclusief BTW. Minstens twee van de voorgelegde referenties dienen te zijn uitgevoerd in opdracht van een publieke opdrachtgever. Daarnaast moet minstens één van de referenties betrekking hebben op een restauratieproject.
