Additional information: Dans le cas où un soumissionnaire serait classé premier sur chacun des trois lots, le lot n° 3 lui sera attribué de plein droit. Pour le second lot à lui attribuer, l’acheteur retiendra le lot pour lequel l’écart de notation entre l’offre du soumissionnaire concerné et celle du candidat classé en deuxième position est le plus important, conformément aux principes de transparence et d’égalité de traitement. Le dernier lot sera attribué au soumissionnaire suivant dans le classement du lot concerné. Toutefois, dans l’hypothèse où ce dernier lot ne pourrait être attribué — notamment en raison de l’absence de tout autre soumissionnaire que celui déjà attributaire de deux lots — l’acheteur se réservera la faculté de déroger à la présente règle, afin d’assurer l’attribution effective du marché.
