Onverminderd de mogelijkheid om de raamovereenkomst te wijzigen overeenkomstig de artikelen 37 en volgende van het KB Plaatsing, zal de raamovereenkomst, zodra de maximale hoeveelheid is bereikt, haar uitwerking hebben uitgeput (onverminderd de op dat ogenblik nog lopende op de raamovereenkomst gebaseerde opdrachten). Indien één enkele ondernemer alle percelen gegund krijgt, wordt de maximale hoeveelheid bestellingen die gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst, met inbegrip van de verlengingen (4 jaar), kan worden geplaatst, vastgesteld op 732.000 kg voor alle percelen samen. Onverminderd de mogelijkheid om de raamovereenkomst te wijzigen overeenkomstig de artikelen 37 en volgende van het KB Plaatsing, zal de raamovereenkomst, zodra de maximale hoeveelheid is bereikt, haar uitwerking hebben uitgeput (onverminderd de op dat ogenblik nog lopende op de raamovereenkomst gebaseerde opdrachten). Indien één enkele ondernemer alle percelen gegund krijgt, wordt de maximale hoeveelheid bestellingen die gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst, met inbegrip van de verlengingen (4 jaar), kan worden geplaatst, vastgesteld op 732.000 kg voor alle percelen samen.
