Title: Digitales SEV-Leitsystem Saarland
Description: Das Ministerium für Umwelt, Klimaschutz, Mobilität, Agrar und Verbraucherschutz (MUKMAV) des Saarlandes plant in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zweckverband Personennahverkehr Saarland (ZPS) den Aufbau eines digitalen Kunden-Informationssystems für Schienen-Ersatz-Verkehre (SEV) im Saarland. Ziel und Zweck des Projektes ist es, SEV-Informationen aktuell, korrekt, leicht verständlich und möglichst barrierefrei an den betroffenen Bushaltestellen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dazu sollen die Bushaltestellen entsprechen ausgestattet werden. Einerseits mit ePaper-Displays für die Bereitstellung der Fahrgastinformationen und andererseits mit neuen modernen Haltestellenmasten für ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild der Bushaltestellen, an denen die SEV-Verkehre abfahren. Im Rahmen des Projektes sollen die SEV-Bushaltestellen an allen Haltestellen des Schienenpersonennahverkehrs ertüchtigt werden. Dies umfasst inklusive des Streckenverlaufs der Saarbahn ca. 172 Standorte. Möglicherweise erhöht sich diese Anzahl um maximal 40. Geplant ist die Vergabe der Leistungen in drei Losen: Los 1: Beschaffung der Haltestellenmasten in einem einheitlichen Design sowie die Aufstellung der Masten an den betreffenden Haltestellen. Los 2: Beschaffung der ePaper-Displays (Hardware) inkl. Halterungen für die Montage an Haltestellenmasten. Montage an Haltestellenmasten, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Displays, Bereitstellung von Ersatzgeräten (bei Defekten oder Vandalismus) sowie Bereitstellung von Wechselbatterien und Austausch leerer Batterien für den Betriebszeitraum von 10 Jahren. Los 3: Bereitstellung einer Hintergrundsoftware (hardwareherstellerunabhängig) für den Betrieb und die Datenversorgung der ePaper-Displays mit zentralem Datenbroker zur Anbindung von Echtzeitdaten, Geräteüberwachung, Störungsmeldungen und Content-Management-Systems. Die Software muss über eine Differenzierung von Rollen und Zugriffsrechten für einzelne Nutzer(-gruppen) verfügen. Schulung der Mitarbeitenden des ZPS und ggf. von Verkehrsunternehmen für die Nutzung dieser Hintergrundsoftware.
