Title: Anbindung WV FR West an Geothermie WV Tel-Aviv-Yafo
Description: Für die Anbindung des Wärmeverbunds Freiburg West an die zukünftige Geothermie Wärmeversorgung ist die Fernwärmeleitung entlang der Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee ausschlaggebend. In diesem Bauabschnitt wird die bereits bestehende Fernwärmeleitung aus der Kreuzung Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee / Adelheit-Steinmann-Straße weitergeführt. Die Fernwärmeleitung führt entlang der Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee bis über die Opfinger Straße. Im Bereich des Geländes der VAG knickt die Fernwärmeleitung auf das Gelände der VAG ab und endet im Bereich der Zufahrt zur VAG an der Opfinger Straße. Es sind insgesamt 730 m Fernwärmeleitung als Einzelrohr zu bauen. Der Hauptteil der Rohrleitung wird in DN300 als Kunststoffmantelrohr (KMR) Einzelrohr ausgeführt. Der Großteil der Rohrleitung wird in Dämmserie 3 hergestellt. Es kommt das Leckwarnsystem "nordisch" zum Einsatz. Der Abzweig zur VAG wird in KMR DN200 ausgeführt. Hinzu kommt ein Abzweig unterhalb der Adelheit-Steinmann-Straße in KMR DN250 zur Anbindung der bestehenden Fernwärmeleitung in Richtung Rieselfeld. Auf der Strecke sind Erdeinbauarmaturen (Kugelhähne, Entlüftungen, Kabelausführungen) vorzusehen. Ebenfalls wird ein Leerrohrpackt aus 3-fach DN50 im Verbund oder als Einzelrohrpaket zur Fernwärmeleitung mitverlegt. Die Fernwärmeleitung wird sowohl in die Straße als auch in unbefestigtem Gelände verlegt. Der Zustand der Oberfläche ist nach der Verlegung der Fernwärmeleitung wieder hierzustellen. Entlang der Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee ist ein verdolter Graben zu queren als auch zwei kleinere Kanäle und der Abwasserhauptsammler in DN3040. Je nach Bauabschnitt ist die Fernwärme in Sand oder Flüssigboden zu betten. Es ist zu beachten, dass mehrere Kolonnen parallel, bzw. versetzt hintereinander arbeiten sollen. Zur Querung der Straßenbahngleise im Bereich der Opfinger Straße soll ein Pressbohrverfahren zum Einsatz kommen. Hier werden zwei Schutzrohr DN600 eingepresst in der jeweils ein KMR DN300 durchgeführt wird. Die Pressung hat eine Länge von ca. 21 m. Es ist eine Start- und eine Zielgrube herzustellen und die Pressbohrungen durchzuführen. Alle weiteren Querungen werden in offener Bauweise durchgeführt. Die Verkehrsrechtliche Anordnung ist umzusetzen. Es sind alle technischen und rechtlichen Normen und Vorschriften im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens einzuhalten.
