Additional information: 1. Niniejsze postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego prowadzone w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, na podstawie art. 132 ustawy. 2. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia wadium na przedmiotowe postępowanie. 3. Zamawiający nie żąda od Wykonawcy, którego oferta została wybrana wniesienia przed zawarciem umowy zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 4. Podstawy wykluczenia wykonawcy z postępowania zostały określone w Rozdziale VI SWZ. 5. Wraz z ofertą Wykonawca zobowiązany jest złożyć: oświadczenie, że Wykonawca nie podlega wykluczeniu oraz spełnia warunki określone w SWZ, zwane dalej „JEDZ” oraz przedmiotowe środki dowodowe określone w Rozdziale VII SWZ. 6. Zamawiający przed wyborem najkorzystniejszej oferty wezwie Wykonawcę, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, do złożenia w wyznaczonym terminie, nie krótszym niż 10 dni, aktualnych na dzień złożenia podmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa w Rozdziale VIII SWZ. 7. Dokumentem tymczasowo zastępującym podmiotowe środki dowodowe, o których mowa ust. 6 potwierdzającym brak podstaw wykluczenia z postępowania, na dzień składania ofert, jest oświadczenie, którego treść odpowiada zakresowi oświadczenia, o którym mowa w art. 125 ust. 1 ustawy, składane na druku formularza jednolitego europejskiego dokumentu zamówienia „JEDZ”, sporządzonego zgodnie ze wzorem standardowego formularza określonego w rozporządzeniu Wykonawczym Komisji (UE) 2016/7 z dnia 5 stycznia 2016 r. ustanawiającym standardowy formularz jednolitego europejskiego dokumentu zamówienia, zwanego dalej „jednolitym dokumentem”, którego wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Dokumentem potwierdzającym brak podstaw wykluczenia z postępowania na podstawie okoliczności określonych w art. 5k rozporządzenia Rady (UE) 833/2014 z dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. dotyczącego środków ograniczających w związku z działaniami Rosji destabilizującymi sytuację na Ukrainie w brzmieniu nadanym rozporządzeniem Rady (UE) 2022/576 z dnia 8 kwietnia 2022 r. w sprawie zmiany rozporządzenia (UE) nr 833/2014 dotyczącego środków ograniczających w związku z działaniami Rosji destabilizującymi sytuację na Ukrainie, jest oświadczenie, którego wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Oświadczenie należy złożyć wraz z ofertą. 8. W prowadzonym postępowaniu, w oparciu o art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy, Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 9. Dokumenty w języku obcym składane są wraz z tłumaczeniem na język polski. 10. Komunikacja w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia w tym składanie ofert, wymiana informacji oraz przekazywanie dokumentów lub oświadczeń między zamawiającym a wykonawcą, z uwzględnieniem wyjątków określonych w ustawie, odbywa się przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej, tj. przy użyciu Platformy zakupowej „e-zamawiający”, zgodnie z informacją zawartą w Rozdziale II pkt. 4, z zastrzeżeniem postanowień pkt. 5. 11. Jeżeli Wykonawca nie złoży wraz z ofertą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych lub złożone przedmiotowe środki dowodowe są niekompletne, Zamawiający wezwie do ich złożenia lub uzupełnienia w wyznaczonym terminie.
