Additional information: Es wird eine Dirketvergabe gem. § 119 Abs. 5 GWB i. V. m. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 3 VgV durchgeführt. Bei dem Auftrag handelt es sich um eine Ersatzbeschaffung von zwei Fahreugen nach einem Totalschaden. Die Leiferung kann nur von einem Unternehmen innerhalb dieser kurzen Lieferfrist ausgeführt werden. Der Anbieter ist nach Marktrecherche bei allen Anbietern als einziger in der Lage die geeigneten Fahrzeuge kurzfristig zu liefern. Die betroffenen Fahrzeuge sind für den laufenden Betrieb des Rettungswachenbereich Meißen zwingend erforderlich, um die medizinische Versorgung der Patientinnen und Patienten gemäß gesetzlichen Anforderungen sicherzustellen. Die Lage ist derzeit so angespannt, dass weitere Fahrzeugausfall nicht kompensiert werden könnte. Dies hätte zu Folge das Fahrzeuge aus der Vorhaltung fielen und das Einsatzaufkommen nicht mehr bewältigt werden könnte.
