Description: Pakkuja peab lepingu täitmisel vähendama digireostust ja eelistama keskkonnahoidlikke lahendusi, näiteks: 1.töökoosolekud ja muud kohtumised viiakse võimaluse korral läbi veebi vahendusel, et vähendada eelkõige liigsest transpordikasutusest tulenevat süsiniku jalajälge; 2. välditakse tarbetut dokumentide väljatrükkimist ning võimalusel eelistatakse digitaalsel kujul olevaid materjale; 3. digitaalsel kujul edastatavad materjalid on salvestatud ja edastatud optimaalse mahuga, et vältida otstarbetult suuri andmefaile; 4. raamlepingu täitmise järgselt kustutatakse üleliigsed digimaterjalid, näiteks mustandfailid, säilitamiseks mittevajalikud töödokumendid jms. Kustutamine peab toimuma turvaliselt, vältides andmete leket.
