Description: Binnen de scope van de opdracht valt het realiseren van een oplossing die: • Projectbeheersing ondersteunt voor uiteenlopende projecten, inclusief periodieke projectverantwoording, mede op basis van de GROTIK beheers-aspecten (Geld-Risico-Organisatie-Tijd-Informatie-Kwaliteit) • Tijdregistratie en goedkeuring van geregistreerde uren op projecten en specifieke lijnactiviteiten faciliteert • Voldoet aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, beleidskaders en controle- en auditvereisten; • Bijdraagt aan procesverbeteringen en het benutten van quick wins • Voorziet in de ontsluiting van het gehele objectenmodel via het integratieplatform van PNH, waarlangs die met betrekking tot de integraties met aanpalende systemen zoals het nieuwe financiële- en inkoopsysteem en het nieuwe HR-systeem en mogelijk applicaties voor planning en risicomanagement • Passende rapportagemogelijkheden biedt voor verschillende organisatieonderdelen Daarnaast kan de opdracht mogelijk worden uitgebreid met functionaliteiten op het gebied van portfoliomanagement, programmamanagement, capaciteitsbeheersing, risicomanagement en projectplanning. 1.500.000 euro
