Information about review deadlines: Ansökan om överprövning av upphandlingen ska ha kommit in till förvaltningsrätten före utgången av avtalsspärren (20 kap. 11 § LOU). Avtalsspärren gäller i minst 10 dagar från det att tilldelningsbeslut har skickats elektroniskt. Ansökan om överprövning av ett avtals giltighet ska ha kommit in till förvaltningsrätten inom sex månader från det att avtalet slöts. Om den upphandlande organisationen skriftligen har underrättat anbudssökandena och anbudsgivarna samt lämnat en sammanfattning av sådana upplysningar som avses i 12 kap. 13 § ska ansökan om överprövning av avtalets giltighet ha kommit in innan 30 dagar har gått (20 kap. 17 § LOU).
