Description of selection criterion: The supplier must be registered in a trade or company register in the country where it is established. As described in Annex XI to Directive 2014/24/EU, suppliers from certain Member States may be required to comply with other requirements set out in that Annex. Description of requirements/documentation: The supplier must be registered in a trade or company register and must submit a certificate of registration (company registration certificate).

Description of selection criterion: With regard to any other economic and financial requirements specified in the contract notice or the procurement documents, the supplier declares that: Description of requirements/documentation: The supplier must provide a tax certificate confirming that the company has no outstanding liabilities relating to taxes or VAT. The certificate must not be older than six (6) months. Any outstanding liabilities must be explained.
Criterion: Certificates by independent bodies about environmental management systems or standards
Description of selection criterion: Is the supplier able to provide certificates issued by independent bodies demonstrating that the supplier complies with the required environmental management systems or standards? Description of requirements/documentation: The supplier shall have an environmental management system that is at least equivalent to the requirements of ISO 14001 or Eco-Lighthouse (Miljøfyrtårn). If the supplier does not have such a system in place at the time of contract award, the supplier shall undertake to establish or obtain certification of an environmental management system within 12 months of contract award. Upon request, the supplier shall be able to document the status of the work related to the establishment of the environmental management system. Failure to comply with this requirement within the specified deadline shall be considered a material breach of contract.
