În cazul în care dupa finalizarea etapei suplimentare de licitatie electronica vor exista operatori economici cu pret egal, pentru ofertele clasate pe primul loc, autoritatea contractanta va solicita operatorilor economici în cauza, noi propuneri financiare care se vor depune în plic închis la sediul autoritatii contractante.
Pentru contractele subsecvente ce urmeaza a fi atribuite prin reluarea competitiei se va tine seama de urmatoarele aspecte:
a)Conditii care raman neschimbabile pe intreaga durata a acordului cadru
— Cantitatile maxime de produse aferente fiecarui lot,
— Termenele de livrare,
— Caietul de sarcini cu specificatiile tehnice, precum si ofertele tehnice depuse.
