Information about review deadlines: Esta licitación es susceptible, potestativamente, de recurso especial en materia de contratación ante el Tribunal Catalán de Contratos del Sector Público en el plazo de 15 días hábiles, a contar de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado primero de su disposición adicional decimoquinta, de acuerdo con el artículo 44 y siguientes de la LCSP y el Decreto 221/2013, de 3 de septiembre, por el cual se regula el Tribunal Catalán de Contratos del Sector Público y se aprueba su organización y su funcionamiento. Alternativamente, se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a recibir la notificación, de conformidad con aquello que se prevé en la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, ante el órgano jurisdiccional competente. Todo esto, sin perjuicio que se pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente.
