Main features of the procedure: De aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd onder werking van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. De Opdracht wordt aanbesteed door middel van een SAS-procedure. Het contracteren van de Opdracht valt onder ‘sociale en andere specifieke diensten’, om die reden zijn uitsluitend de paragrafen 2.3.1.2, 2.3.2.1, 2.3.2.2 en 2.3.3.1, afdeling 2.3.4 en paragraaf 2.3.8.9 van hoofdstuk 2.3. van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 van toepassing.
