Die Leistungen umfassen sämtliche regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Reinigungsarbeiten zur Si-cherstellung von Sauberkeit, Hygiene, Werterhalt und Funktionsfähigkeit der genutzten Räumlichkeiten. Die zu reinigenden Bereiche beinhalten insbesondere Laborräume, For-schungs- und Untersuchungsbereiche, Büroräume, Besprechungsräume, Flure, Treppenhäu-ser, Eingangsbereiche, Sanitäranlagen, Sozialräume sowie sonstige Funktions- und Neben-räume. Aufgrund der besonderen Nutzung einzelner Bereiche, insbesondere der Laborflächen, sind erhöhte Anforderungen an Hygiene, Sorgfalt, Arbeitssicherheit sowie den Umgang mit sensiblen technischen Einrichtungen und Oberflächen einzuhalten.
