Met de regie wordt het opstellen van het vervoerplan, de ritregistratie, de klachtenafhandeling en de informatieverschaffing naar Opdrachtgever bedoeld. Onder de uitvoering wordt het vervoeren van medewerkers van de Opdrachtgever vanaf de Opstapplaats naar de Werklocatie en vice versa verstaan. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht is gebaseerd op historische gegevens en is exclusief btw. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 356.000 per jaar exclusief btw. Bij een initiële contractduur van vier (4) jaar bedraagt de geraamde waarde van de opdracht € 1.424.000 exclusief btw. De overeenkomst kan door Opdrachtgever maximaal tweemaal worden verlengd met een periode van twee (2) jaar. Inclusief deze verlengingsopties bedraagt de maximale totale opdrachtwaarde € 2.848.000 exclusief btw.
