Description: Das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen plant die Errichtung einer Unterbringungseinrichtung für Ausreisepflichtige (UfA) auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Joint Headquarters (JHQ) in Mönchengladbach. Die Maßnahme dient dazu, eine geeignete und funktionale Einrichtung zur vorübergehenden Unterbringung ausreisepflichtiger Personen mit verschiedenen Funktionsbereichen zu schaffen. Die Einrichtung soll auf einer Fläche von ca. 9,4 Hektar realisiert werden. Der BLB NRW beabsichtigt die Vergabe der Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die UfA im Rahmen eines vergüteten wettbewerblichen Dialogs. Ziel ist es, die Leistungen gebündelt an einen Totalunternehmer (TU) zu vergeben. Planung und Ausführung sind BIM-basiert durchzuführen. Die Zertifizierung nach dem Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) ist mindestens im Silberstandard nachzuweisen.
