Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: Prekės turi būti pristatytos ne vėliau kaip per 180 kalendorinių dienų nuo Sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos DDP Vilnius sąlygomis (INCOTERMS 2020), adresu Linkmenų g. 26, Vilnius, arba kitu Pirkėjo nurodytu adresu. Prekės gali būti pristatomos dalimis. Už tinkamai pristatytas ir priimtas prekes atsiskaitoma per 30 dienų nuo perdavimo–priėmimo akto pasirašymo ir tinkamos elektroninės sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos.

Financial arrangement: Sutarties kaina – fiksuota. Už tinkamai pristatytas ir priimtas prekes atsiskaitoma mokėjimo pavedimu ne vėliau kaip per 30 dienų nuo prekių perdavimo–priėmimo akto pasirašymo ir tinkamos elektroninės PVM sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos. Pirkėjui pareikalavus, gali būti mokamas iki 100 proc. avansas, Pardavėjui pateikus išankstinę sąskaitą ir viso avanso dydžio besąlyginę bei neatšaukiamą banko ar kredito unijos garantiją.
