Description: Stadswerk072 beheert ca. 700 km riolering van de gemeente Alkmaar. Het betreft diversen rioolsystemen zoals gemengd, vuilwater, hemelwater en drainage. Ook de leeftijd van de riolering varieert. Het periodiek reinigen en inspecteren van de riolering is een kerntaak van Stadswerk072. Het werk bestaat in hoofdzaak uit: - Reinigen van rioleringssystemen, zandvang, rioolgemalen en zinkers; - Inspecteren van rioleringssystemen; - Afvoeren vrijgekomen RKG-slib; - Treffen tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelen tijdens de uitvoering; - Inzetbaar bij spoedmeldingen (binnen werktijd); - Overige bijkomende werkzaamheden. Spoedmeldingen buiten werktijd vallen buiten de scope van deze opdracht. Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen binnen de gemeente Alkmaar. Het werk is gelegen op verschillende locaties. De locaties worden na opdracht aangegeven. De geraamde waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt circa € 295.000,- exclusief btw per jaar. Voor de maximale looptijd (inclusief verlengingen) bedraagt dit € 1.180.000,- exclusief btw. Deze raming is gebaseerd op historische en verwachte afnamegegevens en dient uitsluitend ter indicatie. Ter waarborging van flexibiliteit en om eventuele toekomstige ontwikkelingen op te kunnen vangen, is een veiligheidsmarge opgenomen.
