De opdracht omvat onder meer: • projectanalyse en voorstudies; • opmaak van voorontwerp, definitief ontwerp en uitvoeringsontwerp; • opmaak van het aanbestedingsdossier; • bijstand bij de gunning van de werken; • leiding en opvolging van de werken; • coördinatie van de betrokken studiebureaus; • opmaak en/of coördinatie van het EPB-dossier; • opmaak van het as-built-dossier; • begeleiding bij de voorlopige en definitieve oplevering. Het totale projectbudget bedraagt: € 5.250.000 inclusief btw Dit budget omvat: • alle bouw- en infrastructuurwerken; • technische installaties; • studiekosten en erelonen; • veiligheidscoördinatie; • onvoorzienbare kosten. De ontwerper is verplicht dit budget te respecteren en het ontwerp hierop af te stemmen.
