Title: Raamcontract voor de aankoop debietmeters in kader van operationeel debiet meten
Description: Deze opdracht is een raamcontract voor de aankoop van debietmeters in kader van operationeel debiet meten bij het Hydrologisch Informatiecentrum van het Waterbouwkundig Laboratorium. Op meer dan 40 locaties worden continu stroomsnelheden gemeten met H-ADCP toestellen die in verschillende cellen de gemiddelde stroomsnelheid elke 10s in beeld brengen. Deze gemiddelde stroomsnelheden worden samen met het gemeten waterpeil verwerkt tot debieten die via regelmatige debietijkingen omgetuned worden tot de best beschikbare debieten voor de betreffende stations elke 5’ tot 15’. Omdat de kennis en kwaliteit van deze debieten zeer belangrijk zijn voor het dagdagelijkse waterbeheer moeten wij als meetdienst de uitval tot een minimum trachten te herleiden en de kwaliteit zo hoog mogelijk houden. Bij defect van een apparaat moeten we in staat zijn om binnen de paar dagen een alternatief gelijkwaardig apparaat te monteren en opnieuw af te ijken. Daartoe dienen we te beschikken over een beperkte stock van aantal debietmeettoestellen en toebehoren en wensen we hier uniformisatie in door te voeren.
