Other justification: En fecha 29 de octubre de 2024, el paso de una DANA (Depresión Aislada en Niveles Altos) sobre la Comunitat Valenciana ha traído consigo lluvias torrenciales en las cabeceras de las cuencas de los ríos y barrancos, excediendo en poco tiempo los 400 litros/m2 en numerosos municipios del centro y sur de la provincia de Valencia. Esta situación ha generado excepcionales caudales en dichos cauces, muy superiores a su capacidad sobre todo en su curso más bajo, lo que ha causado estragos en diversas poblaciones de la Comunitat Valenciana. La carretera CV-50 pertenece a la Red Básica de la Comunitat Valenciana, en el tramo afectado por esta actuación presenta una IMD de en torno a 5.400 vehículos al día, siendo una de las principales carreteras que vertebran la comarca de la Hoya de Buñol conectando los municipios de Turis, Godelleta, Cheste y Chiva, con la Autovía A3. Con el desbordamiento del barranco del Poyo acaecido el 29 de octubre, la carretera quedó totalmente anegada, sufriéndose daños en el firme, en los taludes, en las defensas, señalización, drenaje de la carretera, así como algunas estructuras que cruzan barrancos como el barranco de Chiva. Entre las estructuras afectadas se encuentran las ubicadas en el PK 74+000 y el PK 76+200.
