General information
Additional information: A firm will be selected in accordance with the EIB Guide to Procurement, 2024: https://www.eib.org/en/publications/guide-to-procurement, by way of an open international, two envelope procedure. The works are to be financed through a combination of national resources, loans from EIB and EBRD and a grant from the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF). Prospective tenderers may contact the Promoter to obtain a copy of the tender documents. Tenders shall be submitted in hard copy plus one electronic copy in readable PDF format on USB in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers contained in the tender documents. Tenderers may ask for clarification to the tender documents up 28 days prior the deadline for submission by sending an email to the Promoter at the address given. Firms originating from all countries of the world are eligible to tender. To be qualified for the award of a Contract, tenderers shall satisfy the criteria stated in the Tender Document. Tender documents shall be available free of charge. A tender security of EURO 800,000 shall be required. The Contractor shall comply with the EIB’s Covenant of Integrity, which shall form part of the Contract. The Contractor shall comply with the EIB’s Environmental and Social Covenant, which shall form part of the Contract. The Contractor shall comply with the Environmental, Social, Health and Safety obligations set out in the procurement documents. Furthermore, the Contractor shall develop environmental, social health and safety systems and plans, in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements.
