Description: L’objet du marché consiste en une offre pour un contrat cadre concernant la fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service de neuf systèmes de levage hydraulique adaptés à l’entretien de véhicules de grande capacité, tels que des minibus, bus standard (10 m et 12 m), bus articulés (18 m) et trolleybus articulés (18m). Sur les plans et dans les documents d’appel d’offres, ces neuf lifts seront installés sur trois sites : * Cernier, avec deux lifts : o Remplacement d’un lift pour le lavage (Lift L, Cernier) o Remplacement d’un lift pour l'atelier (Lift A, Cernier) * Neuchâtel, avec trois lifts : o Un nouveau lift pour l'atelier (non existant) (Lift C, Neuchâtel) o Remplacement de deux lifts pour l'atelier (Lifts A et B, Neuchâtel) * La Chaux-de-fonds, avec quatre lifts : o Remplacement de trois lifts pour l’atelier (Lifts A, B, C, La Chaux-de-Fonds) o Remplacement d’un lift pour le lavage (Lift L, La Chaux-de-Fonds) Les lifts doivent être tous identiques, excepté les lifts pour les lavages. Les lifts dédiés au lavage devront, en plus, répondre à des spécifications supplémentaires liées au lavage et au traitement de châssis. Seuls les lifts A et B de Neuchâtel auront une colonne centrale fixe. Tous les autres lifts seront composés de 3 colonnes mobiles. Les lifts qui remplacent un ancien lift seront intégrés dans des fosses en béton déjà existantes. Pour le nouveau lift (lift C) installé à Neuchâtel, il n'y a pas encore de fosse. La création de la fosse sera faite par une entreprise externe à ce marché public.
