Scopul achiziției, în conformitate cu cerințele din caietul de sarcini, este: faza A, având o valoare estimată de 42 000 000 EUR – proiectarea, realizarea, livrarea, instalarea, testarea, punerea în funcțiune a sistemului Vega, cu 40 de luni durata execuției și faza B, având o valoare estimată de 7 000 000 EUR – asistență tehnică în operare și mentenanță după finalizarea sistemului Vega, cu 36 luni durata execuției.
În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu până la 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
